How It Works
Step 1
Load material onto the 15' roller bed. The rollers feed stock toward the blade at a controlled pace.
Step 2
Set the adjustable stop to your target cut length. Four adjustable stops let you switch between lengths without re-measuring.
Step 3
Pull the blade through the material. The 22" blade cuts up to 6" × 12" stock in a single pass.
Step 4
The cut piece moves down the outfeed side. The rollers handle the heavy lifting.

The Standard Chop Saw is the baseline Morgan machine. 3×3 square tubing frame, 22" blade, 15 feet of dead rollers. Manual operation with four adjustable stops.
The 22" blade cuts stock up to 6"×12" in a single pass. Four adjustable stops let you switch between cut lengths without re-measuring. Available with 10 HP 3-phase, single-phase, or gas motor.
Forklift-ready for repositioning on the shop floor. Can be built to custom lengths and heights to match your production line.
